"Loka Sari" : This
is one of the oldest expat homes in LEGIAN, which was
re-built just over a year ago. Strategically located
less than 5 mins walking to Legian Beach.
There are 4 separate buildings (the main house has 2 double bedrooms with shared
bathroom, 1 bedroom in the guest's cottage, 2 bungalows each with a double bed
and en suite garden bathroom. Boasting 5 bedrooms all with A/C; 4 double beds
and a kids room which has 2 x double decker bunk beds (all equivalent to double's),
ie 4 beds ! Suitably accommodate max 4 couples and 4-5 children

Terms and Conditions :
- The rates are net and inclusive American breakfast for 2 persons
- Cut off date would be conducted 21 days before arrival
- if there is no reconfirmation on the cut off date your booking would be relesed automatically
- 50% guarantee deposit of the total room night would be conducted 21 days before the guest check in, due balance should be paid 14 days prior arrival
- If there are any cancellations 21 - 0 days prior arrival, the guarantee deposit would belong to Maya Loka Villas automatically
- No show guest would be charged full payment of the room night
- Extra bed surcharged USD 75 per night including American breakfast
- High season surcharge at USD 20 per night for the period of jily 01st - August 31th, 2007
- Peak season surcharge at USD 25 per night for the period of Dec 20th, 2007 - Jan 05th, 2008.
