DAY 1 |
Our ground handling will greet you upon arrival at Polonia Airport of Medan. After taking care of all baggage and surfboards, proceed to downtown hotel with a short drive. Check-in hotel is around 12am to 1pm, then the lobby and coffee-shop is cozy to wait especially for those who arrive early in the morning.
The rest of the day is free at your own leisure, although our staff will give you assistance (to changing money, show you the ATMs, etc).
Surfboards and baggage will be transferred overland to Sibolga today and will be directly loaded to the boat. |
For those have a direct flight connection to Sibolga, please rush into Arrival Terminal toget your Visa on arrival. Report to Immigration counter, do not forget to line-up for Foreigner counter. Proceed to claim your baggage & boards. Out site of terminal our staff will easily recognized with their sign board. One will bring you directly to Domestic Terminal to aboard your onward flight. Just Leave your surfboard with our staff, they are in the safe hands and immediately will be transferred to Sibolga (450 km) by our luggage truck/van.
Local ground handling in Sibolga will meet and greet you in Pinangsori Airport of Sibolga, then drive you to the boat.
Surfboards and baggage will be transferred overland to Sibolga immediately today, so you will see again your boards early tonight and after loading, the boat will be departed. |
DAY 2 |
Our staff will ready to bring you to Airport with our transfer service, although your flight is very early morning. Please return key and check your personal bills to Hotel cashier.
Our Airport Handling staff will assist you for domestic ticket check-in, pay the airport tax, and direct you to waiting room. |
